Using the system for fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activities is strictly prohibited.

3. Permissions Requirement

Certain features require camera, location, or storage access to function properly.

Permissions are used only for the intended service and never outside that purpose.

4. Pricing Terms

Prices may vary based on market conditions, product brand, and delivery distance and monthly basis.

Final billing will be confirmed before production or dispatch begins.

5. Delivery Rules

Delivery schedules depend on factory workload, travel distance, and local conditions.

The estimated delivery time will be communicated in your billing document.

6. Customer Duties

Customers must ensure proper site access for delivery and unloading.

Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delays or extra handling charges.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not upload harmful files, false documents, or attempt to hack the app.

Any such behaviour may result in account restrictions or legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and app interface belong to Zaron Industriess exclusively.

Reproduction or unauthorized use is prohibited without written approval.

9. Liability Limitations

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, or external technical faults.

Customer-provided errors such as wrong address or size details are also not covered.

10. Reservation of Rights and Order Policy

Zaron reserves the right to modify or remove any of the above description without prior notice to client.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before production or dispatch has started.

Once production begins, the order becomes non-cancellable.

2. Refund Conditions

If advance payment was made and production has not started, a refund will be processed.

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days depending on banking timelines.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or mismatched product, report it within 24 hours.

Eligible claims will be replaced or resolved as per company policy.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery depending on distance and material load with site conditions.

Factors like rain, road conditions, or strikes may extend delivery time.

2. Delivery Requirements

Customers must provide correct address and make necessary arrangements for unloading.
